Your bespoke invitations can feature a range of luxury materials and methods available such as letterpress printing onto handmade paper with full calligraphy finished with hand-dyed ribbons and dried flowers. The list is endless.

Your stationery will be inspired by your wedding vision so it’s fully personalised and one-of-a-kind giving you something beautifully unique and yours.

A minimum investment of £1500 is required for this bespoke service, followed by design fees:

Invite Only - £295

Invitation Suite including Main Invite, RSVP and Details Card - £495

HOW IT WORKS

The process for bespoke invitations consists of the following stages below. Full details can be found here.

It typically takes between 7 and 9 weeks from the time of ordering to delivery (UK).

  • Get in touch by completing this form. I’ll provide an initial quote then we'll then schedule a call so I can get to know you and your wedding vision in more detail. I’ll then provide you with a tailored quote to suit your budget.

  • Contracts will be signed and a 50% deposit paid to schedule your project. Once booked you’ll be invited to a portal that will keep everything in one place where you can view emails, contracts, invoices and design proofs.

  • I’ll create up to 3 possible designs for you to choose from and it’ll be narrowed down to your favourite.

  • I’ll create the final artworks for your chosen design and prepare them for printing.

  • Your designs will go to print once the remaining 50% payment is made.

  • All the finishing touches will be added before assembling your stationery.

  • Your beautiful stationery will be carefully packaged up and sent to you for you and your guests to admire.

    Additionally, if you opt for bespoke wedding invitations, the design fee will increase the total cost as there’s a lot more personalisation.

  • Sending out wedding invitations is a crucial part of planning a wedding, and timing is essential to ensure that your guests receive the invitation in a reasonable amount of time. Here are some guidelines to follow to make sure your wedding invitations get the attention they deserve:

    • 12 Months or More Before the Wedding: The first step in the process of sending out wedding invitations is booking with a stationer who can create your vision and plan a timeline for when you should send everything out based on your circumstances.

    • 5-8 Months Before the Wedding: This is an ideal time to send out save-the-date cards that inform guests of the date and location of the wedding. They are especially important to send if guests need to take time off work or make any other arrangements that require early notice. Sending out save-the-date cards will give guests plenty of time to make travel and accommodation arrangements especially if you’re planning a destination wedding or you have lots of guests coming from afar.

    • 3-5 Months Before the Wedding: This is when you should send out your formal wedding invitations, again, leaving more time if you’re planning a destination wedding. Getting ahead means that you can confirm your final guest counts giving plenty of time for your Wedding Day Stationery to be created.
