TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a gift voucher you agree to these terms and conditions:

  1. Vouchers must be used within 12 months after purchasing, stated on the e-voucher.

  2. An e-voucher will be emailed within 24 hours of the checkout process.

  3. Vouchers can only be purchased and spent on www.mirabellemakery.com on any product or class including custom calligraphy.

  4. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. Voucher can be used as part or whole payment.

  6. A new e-voucher will be issued with any remaining credit if applicable.

  7. Voucher holders must contact me before making a purchase either by using the contact form on this website or emailing charlotte@mirabellemakery.com

  8. In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled, a new gift voucher will be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a course is cancelled by a voucher holder no refund shall be given.
